This guide is designed to streamline the process of submitting pre-recorded shows and assist you with any issues. From archiving to artwork and more, we've got you covered!

Before contacting the team, please read through all of the FAQs to see if they answer your questions.

1. Timeframes and Schedule

Submission Deadline: Please submit all show assets no later than 1 week before your scheduled broadcast. This allows our team ample time to prepare and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Broadcast Reminders: Set a reminder in your calendar for your show's broadcast dates and times. Consistency is key to a successful show, so here's how to set it up:

Android (Google Calendar)

Open Google Calendar and create a new event.
Set Date: Choose the 1st of the month for the first event.
Repeat Settings: Select "Custom," choose "Monthly," and set it to repeat on the correct day, not date! For example, "On the 1st Monday" or "On the 1st Friday".
Save the event.

iOS (Apple Calendar)

Open Apple Calendar and create a new event.
Set Date: Choose the 1st of the month for the first event.
Repeat Settings: Select "Custom," choose "Monthly," and set it to repeat on the correct day, not date! For example, "On the 1st Monday" or "On the 1st Friday".
Save the event.

*** Remember to set the repeat to occur "On the 1st [day of the week]" of each month, rather than on the 1st of the month.

2. Uploading Your Pre-recorded Show

We need the following to ensure your show runs smoothly:

Show Audio: Please upload your audio as a 320 kbps MP3. We cannot stream WAV files, so if you upload a WAV, the show will not be aired.
Show Name & Description: Include this information when submitting your show.
Artwork for Your Archive: Ensure your artwork is separate from the generated template and clear of any text. This image will be uploaded to SoundCloud/Mixcloud & our website. Without this, we cannot publish the archive.
Tracklist (optional): You may include a tracklist with your submission if you'd like. This will be added to the SoundCloud and MixCloud description, and should not be confused with the Tracklist generator, which creates artwork.

3. Show Artwork & Tracklist Artwork

We have a generator that will create artwork for your show in both square and portrait (Instagram) formats, along with tracklist options too! Before using it, make sure to check your show time!

4. Subs

Just a quick reminder that subs are in place to reserve your slot time, and they aren't dependent on whether or not you send in your show. When a show isn't sent in, it means that the slot could have been offered to others.
